- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Although the doctors are "good" at diagnosing and treating, it is SO hard to get in touch with them! My mother was dx with Lupus, and all we ever get is the answering service. I finally got in touch with someone today, and asked them for an email address so I could follow up via email...THEY DON'T use email!? I work for a medical software company, so a doctor that isn't online, or reachable via email seems pretty backwards.July 22, 2017by michelle wilson
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst experience I've had with a doctor's office in my life. Dr. Elliott was great, but her staff are incompetent. They never called in my prescriptions, never answered the phone, and never responded to my voice mails.
